Privacy Policy
Last updated: 23 August 2026
This policy explains how superhumanizer.io (the “Site”) handles personal data. The Site is operated by Rayyan Khan, London, United Kingdom, who is the data controller for the purposes of the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
The short version: this Site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and has no forms and no accounts. It cannot identify you. The only personal data we hold from this Site is whatever you choose to put in an email to us.
1. What we do not collect
- No cookies. The Site sets none, which is why there is no consent banner.
- No analytics or tracking. No Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, no fingerprinting, no session recording.
- No third-party scripts, fonts or embeds. Every asset is served from this domain, so no other company observes your visit.
- No accounts, forms or payments. There is nothing here to sign up for and nothing to submit.
2. Hosting and server logs
The Site is hosted on a static host and content delivery network (currently Cloudflare Pages). Like every web host, the provider processes technical request data such as IP address, timestamp, requested URL and user agent in order to serve pages and protect the service from abuse. That processing is carried out by the provider acting for us, on the basis of our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR in running a secure, working website. We do not use those logs to build profiles and we do not combine them with anything else.
3. If you email us
When you write to support@superhumanizer.ai we process your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you put in the message, for the single purpose of replying. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, or steps taken at your request before entering a contract. We keep correspondence for as long as the matter needs and a reasonable period after, then delete it. Please do not send sensitive personal information by email.
4. Links to other sites
The Site links to superhumanizer.ai and may link to other third-party sites. Once you follow a link, this policy stops applying. The SuperHumanizer product is a separate service with its own privacy policy, and any text you submit there is handled under that policy rather than this one. Nothing you type into the product passes through superhumanizer.io.
5. Sharing and transfers
We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. We share it only with our hosting and email providers acting on our instructions, or where the law requires disclosure. Where a provider processes data outside the UK, appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or equivalent contractual clauses apply.
6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for access to your personal data, correction or erasure of it, restriction of or objection to processing, and data portability. To exercise any of these, email support@superhumanizer.ai and we will respond within one month. In practice, unless you have emailed us, we hold nothing about you to act on.
If you think we have handled your data improperly you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to put it right first.
7. Children
The Site is not aimed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top always shows the current version, and material changes will be noted on this page.
